LDR Events Solution is a group of event organizers of young, energetic and creative professionals whose aim is to deliver an exceptional event.

After months planning every aspect of your wedding, don't leave the execution of your final details to chance.

You are the bride and should be carrying a bouquet not a clipboard!

We have specialized in day-of-wedding coordination services since 2006, and have the knowledge and experience to ensure a stress-free wedding day.

We have wonderful working relationships with local vendors. We all work together as a team so that you have the wedding of your dreams. We will create a wedding day timeline two weeks prior to your wedding, and will distribute it to all of your vendors when we contact them to confirm arrival times and set-up logistics.

We are on-site at your “getting dressed” location, the church or synagogue, as well as the reception location to manage your vendors and troubleshoot so that you, your family and friends can relax and enjoy the day.

"I wanted a team who'd take all my wedding worries away, so I'd be able to enjoy my much-awaited milestone, so I booked Miss Lucette and her coordinators right after I witnessed how they worked hard to make my friend's dream wedding come true. I loooove how this team works, so let me count the ways:

HOSTING - I love how Miss Lucette handled the program with such grace and professionalism, and I've been getting good feedback from my friends. I made impromptu changes in the program and Miss Lucette was able to seamlessly handle them.

COORDINATION - Sarap nila kausap. During our meetings, they made sure we won't miss any detail. Mabilis ako magbigay ng instructions, at sobrang bilis nila pumick up ng instructions at mag improve ng ideas. Sila na din nagfollow up at nakipag coordinate sa lahat ng suppliers ko that day.

PROFESSIONALISM - They arrived on time and they started working agad.

ATTENTIVENESS - I have requested so many favors from my assigned assistant, and she made sure that I'd stay hydrated and fresh even if it was too hot on my wedding day. They made sure all my suppliers were given food and my guests' needs were attended to.

CAN TROUBLESHOOT - The guest list was the last thing my husband and I did and we made some mistakes, but LDR was able to troubleshoot the glitch.

INTEGRITY - We entrusted them around 80,000 to pay our remaining balances from our suppliers. Every supplier was paid, and Lloyd, the head coordinator, promptly gave us the change -- pati 20 pesos na sukli, accounted for.

CREATIVE - They decorated our accent table and I love how they used our souvenirs as decoration, pati yung gallery na di namin naplano kung saan ilalagay, nailagay nila sa swing at ang dramatic tingnan.

ORGANIZED - They took care of collecting and putting back our wedding stuff in the designated boxes and bags. Lloyd was sharp at recalling where he put everything, tinext ko pa sya two days after my wedding because I can't recall where our guestbook was, na-amaze akong tanda nya kung saan nya nilagay sa dami nang inaasikaso nya that day.
